Chlamydia is\u00a0a common sexually transmitted disease that can infect both men and women. It can also cause permanent damage to a woman&#8217;s reproductive system, making pregnancy difficult or impossible.<\/p>\n<h3>Who needs this screening?<\/h3>\n<p>All sexually active women age 24 or younger, including pregnant women, should be screened.
