Our QI department uses key processes for analysis, strategy, implementation, monitoring, and reporting as an integral part of the internal QI process.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]QI initiatives and projects are developed after careful consideration that includes the potential positive impact on beneficiary health outcomes. The progress of QI initiatives and projects is regularly evaluated and updated. The outcomes of all quality initiatives and studies are evaluated annually to identify any trends. In addition, results from the annual evaluation are used when setting objectives for the upcoming year.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>We received the highest possible 90<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0percentile) for the following Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>) measures:\n<ul>\n<li>Breast Cancer and Colorectal Cancer Screening; Diabetic HBA1c Control; Patients with Diabetes \u2013 Eye Exams; Controlling High Blood Pressure; and Psychosocial Care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>USFHP received a 4.5 Health Plan Rating and accreditation SEAL from NCQA, becoming one of the top US Family Health Plans in the nation.<\/li>\n<li>Member rating of health plan, care, personal doctor, coordination of care and getting care easily
