The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>) requires health plans to conduct a member satisfaction survey called the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>) to learn more about member\u2019s experience with their plan.\u00a0 Every year, we survey a random sample using the CAHPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> 5.0 tool.
